Responsibility for strategy, corporate develeopment and HR. Definition and implementation of new company vision and values. Driving key company projects (e.g., new company target system, procurement setup, reorganisation of business units). Transformation of the HR department. Supporting the M&A between Smava and Finanzcheck. Finanzcheck is Germany's leading and fastest growing consumer loan marketplace. Finanzcheck currently counts ~400 employees striving to deliver the best product in the market. Finanzcheck was acquired by Scout24 in July 2018 for 285 Mio. €, making it the biggest FinTech-Exit in Germany. In 2021 Finanzcheck was acquired by Smava.
Responsibility for the AutoScout24 and Finanzcheck.de car loan funnel / product (incl. own P&L). Implementation several product initiatives to improve conversion rates.
Responsibility for strategy projects ranging from strategy growth definition, transformation and restructuring of Siemens’ Operating Companies, Regional Companies and Corporate Units. Conducted 11 projects. For example: Siemens reorganization ‘Vision 2020+’, Siemens Healthineers ‘Productivity Acceleration Initiative’ and founding of next47 (Siemens VC). Member of the Benchmarking and the Healthcare Practice.
