With two collegial diplomas, in the studies of Commerce and Paralegal, and a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Political Science & History, communications, leadership and human relations are strong skills I possess. I am very proud to have achieved the Maple Leaf Award with McDonald’s restaurants of Canada, awarded to the top performers across the country, in addition to receiving two scholarships. Having run multiple political campaigns, I have chaired multiple boards at both the school level and the sports federation level, being a prominent leader at various discussion tables of elementary school boards and Canada Soccer. With well over 35 years in customer service, human resources, operations management and strategic planning, I am a well rounded leader who puts forth a style of leadership that promotes self-awareness, understanding and collaboration. Individual contribution leading to collective gain and accountability are values and basic principles in my development that have molded my leadership style. Valuing and respecting people on my team are fundamental components of my leadership. I have extensive experience in customer service, training and business planning, as well as experience in understanding and interpreting gouvernemental policies. There is no I in Team, but there are two I’s in accountability and that is the dedication and devotion I apply to every project I initiate from start to finish.
