With over two decades of experience in healthcare organizational leadership, currently serving as a Director of Nursing at ALIYA Healthcare Consulting for Ryze on the Avenue and served at Aliya of Crestwood location as well specializing in organizational management, structural development, clinical care, leadership development/training, employee engagement, interpretation of clinical practice and guidelines, EMR implementation and the auditing processes. Previous roles include overseeing nursing services at Warren Barr Oak Lawn, Zahav of Berwyn, The Grove of Berwyn, Promedica Oaklawn and Physicians Preferred Home Care to name a few where collaborative efforts enhanced patient care standards.
