Prepared financial economical models with scenario analysis on a commercial energy market. - Structured the first corporate bond for the gas distribution industry at the local market as a gas distribution company and managed to issue bonds 5 times during 2013-2016 with an amount between 30 mio TL to 65 Mio TL . - Developed additional cash and non-cash bank loan limits of the company TL 70 million cash and TL 150 million in non cash .
Job Description; - Process management on local and international M&A deals for Turkerler developed projects for fields of transportation, energy and construction. - Business generation for energy investments and construction in the new markets like Albania, Syria and China. - Supervise and lead relations with a total of 14 local and international financial institutions. - Structure the process of maintaining project finance loans from commercial and multilateral financial institutions. - Management of daily cash flow and budgeting on project bases. - Establish relations on project bases with legal, technical and financial consultants and funds. - Meetings with international potential equity investors in energy hydro, wind, geothermal, thermal, port, real estate projects. Major Achievements ; - Structure project finance loans from 2 local banks with a total amount of USD 214 million for 6 hydropower plants with 152 MW capacity. - Establish business relations and finalize a share transfer agreement of a joint venture cooperation with EDPR (Number 3 operator of wind power plants in the world with 6000 MW capacity) from Portugal for Turkerler’s 1000 MW total wind licenses applications. Lead all the due-diligence process on legal , technical and financial aspects. - Develop the cash and non-cash bank loan limits of the company from TL 22 million up to TL 48 million in cash and TL 200 million to TL 364 million in non cash. - Manage the utilization of project finance loan from Is bank with a total amount of USD 35 million for a 16 month period until the completion of a 22 MW run river type power plant.
