More than 10 years in the energy and power industry, with a solid engineering background (environment and energy). I have strong experience in development (Authorization phase) of large scale PV solar plants in several EU countries, mainly Italy and Spain, Due Diligences, Business Planning, Reporting to the final clients (B2B Business Model). I am currently working as power market analyst for private clients in Italy, including market functioning, operation and trading. In the last two years, I have acquired skills in day-ahead market operation, EU-style market participation, software for market participants. Last, I managed a team of 3 engineers for the development of a start up related to heat metering systems and a team of 5 sales professionals for energy efficiency solutions in the Italian energy market.
- House renovation, construction works, plumbing, electricity and new equipment for houses in the territory of Valencia (Spain) - Project and planning of energy efficiency interventions according to the 50%, 65%, 90%, 110% Ecobonus mechanisms; - Energy brokering for privates and small medium enterprises, energy savings studies and solutions for apartment blocks, SMEs and privates; - Heat metering according to UNI 10200, energy monitoring and accounting, water and energy data management; - Preliminary energy audits, optimization of the contracted power and the energy bills, small and medium scale PV and micro wind systems planning, due diligence for private organisations for the development of solar fields up to 1 MWp, energy management according to ISO 50.001; - Engineering services: health and safety, land registry, real estate Energy Label Classification (A to G).

- Connection of PV systems to the National grid, analysis of electricity and gas contracts, optimization of energy bills.
- Support and follow up in project permitting activities for PV greenfield projects developed internally - Development of PV projects from greenfield to ready-to-build status - Follow-up of the different phases of project development - Review and track all incoming permit documents, assure adequacy, and perform follow-up as needed - Interact with different bodies, both private and public - Negotiate and collaborate with legal department in the closing of different agreements (including but not limited to land agreements, SPA, co-development agreements…) - Identify all permit activities necessary for projects to reach ‘ready to build’ status.
