Led continuous improvement initiatives and work stream which contributed to a 4% site-wide OEE increase. Secured $1M in CAPEX funding for cost-saving projects. Successfully implemented innovation projects, driving digital transformation and achieving ESG commitments.
Led complex supply chain projects, driving innovation, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. Successfully delivered a portfolio of 9 projects, generating an average of $0.8M in incremental CMA per project. Fostered a collaborative cross-functional team environment to accelerate decision-making and action-taking.
