I am a business professional with 12+ years of experience including after sales, marketing and procurement. Most of my career is in the automotive after sales field, working for major global OEMs, like Mazda, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (now part of Stellantis), Nissan and Lotus Cars. To further develop my business and soft skills, I decided to enroll in a global MBA from Hult International Business School, as soon as I had the required work experience. During an intense year between China and the United Kingdom, I learned a lot and I was able to graduate with Distinction among the very top students (top 3). Throughout my academic and working career, I always searched (and enjoyed) international experiences: I worked in the Netherlands, Germany and Poland and studied in Italy, Spain, the US, the UK and China. Multilingual, I speak now Italian, English and German at business-ready level and also Spanish.
Developed and rolled out full-scale user survey, to better understand the RefME users. Analyzed the collected data and presented results to CEO, in order to allow data-driven decision on how to further grow the user base.
