Client target: Italian managers and entrepreneurs with a “buy-build platform” strategy for the establishment of an automotive engineering service provider Hub. Main responsibilities: • Commercial operations with core focus on financial consulting to find potential targets and to establish first contact with shareholders • Financial analysis and current trading monitoring (Profit&Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Coordinating due-diligence process (including Risks and Insurance) • Negotiation of deals with banks and investors • Reporting activities
Physical trading of scrap metals (ferrous and non) and semi-finished products
Physical trading of ferrous and non-metals from the domestic market towards smelters and refineries in the Asia region (China, Pakistan). Development of the recycling segment with the aim of opening new supply channels (e.g. production waste and scrap metals) in various industries such as construction/ demolition, automotive, energy. Main responsibilities: • Competitor’s benchmarking and market analysis • Cold calling to set up sales meeting • Negotiation, development and management contracts with suppliers • Goods sorting and shipping supervision • Reporting activities
