• To implement the commercial strategy aimed at optimizing the gas portfolio through the management of the existing contracts, negotiating the short, medium and long term scheduling of the existing gas and LNG supply contracts; • to define and negotiate with long term suppliers the delivery of gas supply contracts up to the contractual delivery points (such as flanges of the LNG terminals, international pipeline entry or balancing points, as the case may be), supervising and optimizing the compliance with the contractual obligations (volumes, destinations, take or pay, make up, quality, etc.); • to manage logistics and operations of gas and LNG supply and sale contracts up to the contractual delivery points (such as flanges of the LNG terminals, international pipeline entry or balancing points, where applicable); • to manage relations with system operators to guarantee the compliance of gas and LNG supply contracts (slot bookings, compatibility studies, etc); • to support the Sourcing and Long Term Portfolio Management unit and the LNG Trading unit in the process of negotiation of gas supply and sale contracts in maritime transport related issues; • to plan the LNG Shipping strategy ensuring full alignment with the LNG trading strategy and compliance with internal policies and procedures; • to define, negotiate, execute, manage and operate the LNG maritime transport contracts for the Group’s Companies’ needs, as well as the services contracts with counterparties, needed for the operation of the LNG vessels under contract (agency, port and canal authorities, bunkers, etc.).
