Prequalification Duties: Prepare and submit prequalification documents in line with client requirements. Maintain and update company profiles, certifications, and supporting documents. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal, technical) to gather required information. Monitor and track the status of submitted prequalification applications. Bid Administration Duties: Review tender documents and identify submission requirements and deadlines. Coordinate the preparation of bid documents including technical and commercial proposals. Ensure timely submission of bids in the required format (online portals, hard copies, etc.). Maintain a bid library with templates, past submissions, and standard documents. Track bid outcomes and maintain a database of wins/losses and feedback. Administrative Support: • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for the Bid and Prequalification team. • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and templates. • Prepare letters, reports, and presentations as required. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to tenders and prequalification.
