As the Manager of the DAO Governance & Facilitation Squad, my responsibilities encompass ensuring the robustness of governance operations, effective moderation, community and social media management for maintaining the DAO's online presence, and organizing community-building and onboarding activities. Primary emphasis of the role involves establishing operational routines and reporting, promoting collaboration among the community, DAO Core Units, DAO Committee, and Decentraland Foundation, and ensuring robust governance operations. To achieve that, my focus is on prioritizing collective decision-making and consensus-building by implementing tools and processes that engage multiple stakeholders. That also means that I am dedicated to continuously improving and enhancing the transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of the governance framework to ensure the long-term success of the Decentraland DAO.

As the representative of the Secretariat of Innovation & Technology, I acted as a Health & Technology Response Coordinator for Emergency Operations Center (COE) for the Pandemic. I led the integration of critical infrastructure and software solutions during the COVID-19 emergency, and managed cross-functional teams to enhace the Buenos Aires City Health System by deploying real-time patient monitoring systems and medical infrastructure under high-pressure timelines. Key Achievements: -Infrastructure & Connectivity: Successfully deployed internet connectivity and specialized software modules (SIGEHOS) across 20 Fever Units (UFU) to ensure seamless patient intake. -Rapid Software Development: Directed the "record-time" development and launch of clinical applications for real-time patient tracking and medical evolution. -Data Intelligence: Developed advanced geospatial dashboards providing quasi-real-time statistics to monitor infection clusters and optimize sanitary response in high-vulnerability areas.
