In charge of all the operations and functions of all the three restaurants, Italian fine dining , all day dining, buffet restaurant, banqueting and weddings. Organize the staff, coordinate the service between the floor and the kitchen, prepare the staff schedule made of 48 members ,requisitions for all the outlets, office duties, training for the staff, cashing up, marketing plans.
