Estee Lauder Companies, Panama City May 2019 — Jan 2023 FP&A Capacity Creation and Visualization Team Lead Standardized and automated finance reporting with the combined use of Visual Basic, SAP, Oracle and data wrangling software for different towers (CAPEX, F&A, Regions, Brands, Corporate) resulting in less human error and improved data accuracy and availability. Self-trained in Knime, Alteryx and Power query (Data wrangling tools) to implement data as a service to improve efficiency and data availability for stakeholders. Generated capacity worth more than 3 FTE per year, utilizing different tools (Python, VBA, KNIME, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Query, SAP Scripting, Oracle Essbase) by automating data download and ETL, to standardize processes and report deliverables. Supported existing dashboards data flow to ensure continuity of the business, and developed new ones to refine granularity and provide call-to-action insights. (Retail Sales, SKU profitability) Researched and proposed the development of ad hoc tools using Python & Power Automate, to improve data quality and accuracy of the reporting processes. Developed RPA projects in Power Automate in alignment with our consultants in Asia and Europe for the harmonization of existing reports, considering end user expectations using SCRUM framework. Enhanced internal employee knowledge base by proposing and organizing VBA, Power Query and KNIME Training courses at The Estée Lauder Companies for 80+ people. Managed a team of 4 analysts, establishing proper timelines as per on going projects, while prioritizing pipeline of opportunities according to end result benefit potential.
