• Actively looking for new projects on Long Term Leasing for Wet/Damp and Dry Lease basis Worldwide, mainteining a constant relation with clients, looking after their request and needs. • Actively researching the market for aircraft availability on Short Term, and constantly keeping our contact database updated for Airlines Worldwide. • Pre-empting potential demand by constant monitoring of Aircraft Activity and being able to identify potential demand for ACMI requirements. Full understanding of the airline market, including trends, deliveries, delays and disruption and monitoring airlines that would potentially be at risk, in order to identify new opportunities for business. • Responding immediately to ACMI requests, providing comprehensive cost/effective solutions to our clients requirements, and managing the whole process, from initial request through to contracting, and flight watching. Clearly, concisely and promptly deal with internal and external communications at all times. To ensure that all transactions handled by the company and very clearly defined to both client and supplier. • Ability to plan ahead, particularly during periods of high workload, to anticipate issues, and to effectively juggle your workload. The ability to multi task, and run several projects being competent in all IT systems employed by the company. • As this is effectively a shared role, ensuring we provide a seamless service to our clients and suppliers is paramount. Clear, unambiguous communication and handovers between staff is essential. The ability to help in other areas of the business will also be required as workload permits. • Flight watching All of Smart Aviations Charter Operations, and pre-empting any potential issues, and coordinate appropriate action.
