I have a passion for agribusiness, and have been fortunate to experience the industry in great detail over the past 20 years. During this time I gained exposure to different markets and geographies (Americas, Middle East, Africa and Asia), each with its own unique traditions and customs. With focus on commercial roles, my skills are in Risk Management, Supply Chain, Business Planning, Team Management, Sourcing/Procurement, Sales, Logistics and Freight, all with international scope.
Back with the Midstar family, this time in the Middle East. Focus on 3rd party grains trade, been successfully contributing to the portfolio on corn/wheat flows as well as risk management strategies.
It was great to be part of this organization, with a fresh name and good commercial heritage. I got deep into the OTC derivatives world, which has endless possibilities and opportunities. With various customers in South and Central America, I helped them in their risk management strategies with a very good mix of fundamental market insights and technical analysis.
