Member of the Banking and Finance Department of Grimaldi Studio Legale, based in the London office of the firm, where we assist clients on Italian and international banking, finance and company law transactions. Active in most areas of finance including acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and debt restructuring areas. With the Banking and Finance team, I have advised a number of major market players on several high profile transactions. This has allowed me to gain extensive knowledge and experience on the subjects, with a specific operational focus on drafting and revising financial documentation from the early stages of the transactions through closing and post-closing activities. Prior to joining the Firm, I attended an LLM in International Financial Law at King’s College of London. I am qualified to practise law in Italy and registered as European Lawyer with the SRA.
