I recently started a new chapter at Trevidea as Head of Product Management, focusing on product strategy and portfolio development across the company’s brands. My work focuses on structuring processes, aligning stakeholders and translating strategy into execution, with particular attention to how ideas and market insights translate into concrete product development. Alongside my professional experience, I am completing an MBA at Bologna Business School, strengthening my analytical approach and broadening my perspective on business and organizational dynamics.

Led the selection, preparation, and coordination of a 40-member international team across seven locations, providing technical support and logistical services to staff and athletes. This effort resulted in a self-sufficient, responsive team adept at managing challenges, significantly increasing visibility and brand awareness. Developed agile skills in implementing new, customized processes.
Development of innovative digital content and collaboration on the Technogym App launch: I contributed to the company's media sector transition. Supporting the definition of core functionalities while creating an optimal user experience by coordinating with cross-functional teams (UX designers, video production, and product marketing), as well as through data analysis and benchmarking. As a result, I was responsible for and supervised over 30,000 hours of content production for this platform.
