Over a 20-year career in the non-profit and charity field, I have acquired a proven ability to design and implement effective programs that improve communication, resolve conflicts and involve/engage diverse communities.

Project “THE COURAGE TO MEDIATE - Mediation as a tool for managing and preventing conflicts” - funded by Fondazione 7 Novembre and implemented in 2011-2012 E.La Rete Che Unisce: support and accompaniment activities in the Probation courses, penal mediation interventions, restorative justice activities and meetings between the victim and the perpetrator of the crime (2011-2022), funded by the Liguria Region as part of the “Patto di Sussidiarietà” in the penal field.
