Language graduate with international experience and strong organizational skills. During my professional experiences in hospitality and retail environments, I managed daily operations while interacting with international clients in English, Spanish and French. These roles strengthened my communication skills, adaptability and ability to work under pressure. My academic background in Languages, Civilizations and Language Sciences has further developed my analytical and linguistic abilities, especially in translation and cross-cultural communication. Managed Robert Kaplan’s apartment in Naples, which included house-care duties, pet sitting, plant sitting and taking care of various guests of the Palace as concierge. Acquired highly organisational skills while coordinating the personnel of the house and the guests.
