Responsible for Viatris’ immunology & inflammation biologics from a marketing standpoint and for the commercial strategy in the EU of the Etanercept product (yearly Rev $30m+). Key activities: • Led cross-functional team for launch and commercialization across 20+ markets • Delivered go-to-market strategy for a new product at EU level by collaborating cross-functionally • Owned and released Plan of Actions, key claims, omnichannel promo materials to Viatris EU affiliates with new HCP campaign for flagship product improving name recognition (+65% YoY increase in Google searches in DE) • Built new profit share model to improve Royalties which allowed launch in 2 additional tender markets
Led the marketing activities for the immunology & inflammation biologics across 20+ markets and cross-functional global teams in delivering key projects for differentiation and growth. Key projects: • Ideation and delivery of the first AR-based training app for a biosimilar autoinjector, in order to mitigate the impact of COVID on initiations • Go-to-market strategy for dosage form at EU level to tackle a new segment (paediatricians) • Packing order frequency optimization that led to $5m in savings
Delivered the main promotional pieces and events for the European immunology & inflammation biologics team. Key projects: • Mylan’s participation in the EULAR and ECCO congresses (booth design and development, delegation mgmt) including Dine&Learn event for 80+ customers • Launch of two product websites, 8 disease-specific brochures and 2 eDetail Aid • Design and procurement of a starter kit for biologic medicine patients (value USD 500k+)
ECPC is the largest umbrella organisation for cancer patients in Europe. My advocacy work here focused on formalizing patient’s involvement in the healthcare policymaking across Europe. Relevant projects delivered: • Responsible for content creation and social media management in alignment with the organisational Plan of Action • Organization of 2 high-profile events at the European Parliament • Led research and content development for an advocacy leaflet on HTA Policy file • Provided talking points to MEP promoting the successful adoption of 2 amendments to HTA regulation in line with the organisational position
