Beyond the professional experience, I have had the opportunity to acquire and demonstrate several skills in situations related to sports or voluntary activities. In this vital learning, I have discovered myself as a responsible and involved person, always ready to take on challenges. I try to know my limitations to work on them.
Responsible for Customer Quality Area (Customer Voice) in automotive business. Customer's needs to make sure a customer-centric organization. Quality issues investigation, countermeasures application and follow-up. Ensure 2-ways communication between Customers and the Organization (8D, reporting to plant's Director). Continues improvement (kaizen) management. Involved in projects for Toyota Europe, General Motors Europe and America, Honda or PSA Peugeot-Citroën Group.
European partners and suppliers Coordination & Management in terms of scheduling and quality. Initially as intern and later on, as contractor at AERTEC Solutions, I was coordinating transnational supply chain and ensuring that deliverables were in line with planning of Final Assembly Line of A400M.
As a part of graduate development program, I could actively support new technologies research in terms of validation and follow-up. Main scope was photovoltaics, prototype project to later develop high-concentration technologies.
