Until early 2025, I was part of the Merchant Banking division at Narnolia Group, where I worked closely on SME and Main Board IPO transactions, gaining deep exposure to capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and end-to-end transaction execution. Prior to this, my time at Almondz Group provided extensive exposure to Debt & Equity Syndication, strategic acquisitions, and financial structuring, while also leading teams across high-stakes transactions. Earlier in my career, international exposure through Granarolo in 2017 helped shape my global outlook and strengthened my analytical and interpersonal capabilities. In 2025, I stepped into entrepreneurship by founding Credora Partners, an advisory firm focused on Capital Market Transactions, M&A Advisory, Regulatory Compliance, and Valuations. Our objective is simple: to help businesses access capital and execute transactions with institutional-grade precision.
