🌱 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐱 📦 Hi, I’m Faye! I’m a final-year university student who is driven by creativity, curiosity, and a desire to keep growing — especially when it means stepping outside my comfort zone. I believe real progress often begins with risk and doubt, but diamonds are born through change, not by staying the same. These past few years, I’ve learned that success means more than just outcomes and achievements — it’s about the journey, the values I hold, staying true to who I am, and always having faith in my capabilities. No matter the challenge, it’s always important to lead with authenticity, learning from others and reflecting honestly. I’m most passionate about the space where strategy meets creativity — using design thinking to solve real problems with finance supporting the structure and impact behind those ideas. It’s so common for people to see Design and Finance as their own seperate entities; however, I believe some of the most valuable insights occur when we blur the lines between all disciplines. - Taught a couple of international students with limited English speaking abilities - Provided and developed one-on-one personalized lesson plans for each student's needs - Monitored student progress with regular quizzes and feedback sessions. - Students attainted a proficient level of everyday speaking skills, with improved grammar and pronunciation - Guided a student to reach beyond their capabilities, becoming one of the top performing students in their English class.
- Sourcing and liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless execution of marketing events. - Collaborating with mall tenants, exhibitors, and third-party partners to plan and promote events effectively. - Planning, organizing, and executing mall events from event formation to completion, including setup, execution, and post-event follow-ups; ensuring events are within budgets as well as meeting revenue targets. - Overseeing invitations, press releases, and post-event feedback to maximise engagement and optimise future planning. - Managing the mall's social media and digital platforms to enhance visibility, drive traffic, and promote mall events.
