Conducted fieldwork across the Aegean Region, organized meetings with prospective customers, and delivered product presentations and on-site demonstrations of our devices. Performed air sampling and hypochlorous acid (HOCl) fogging applications to assess microbial contamination. Analyzed the collected samples using screen-printed electrode (SPE)-based electrochemical sensors and prepared reports on the results. Carried out electrode modification, sample preparation, and laboratory protocol procedures for the analysis of samples such as soil, food, milk, and leaves. Contributed to SPE production and quality control processes. Designed customized electrodes in SolidWorks based on academic requirements and supported sensor development activities. Conducted literature reviews on targets including pesticides, aflatoxins, ochratoxins, Aspergillus, and Salmonella. Gained technical experience in troubleshooting and circuit assembly for HOCl generation systems. Managed customer requests received via email and phone and supported documentation and tender processes.
Actively participated in the maintenance and repair of medical devices, developing practical engineering skills through technical fault detection, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Analyzed medical equipment failures and determined appropriate intervention methods. Gained the ability to evaluate early signs of malfunction to help ensure the uninterrupted operation of medical devices. Performed periodic maintenance and calibration procedures in compliance with legal and technical standards, contributing to quality assurance processes to ensure the safe and accurate operation of medical devices. Contributed to new medical device procurement processes, including technical evaluations and the preparation of technical specifications.
Gained hands-on experience in collecting and digitalizing medical device data from intensive care units and integrating it with hospital information systems. Received training on HL7 and LOINC standards and developed an understanding of healthcare data exchange, medical device integration, and clinical data management processes. Actively participated in software development processes based on the Scrum methodology, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and task tracking. Created TeleHealth-specific workflows and designed support scenarios using Draw.io. Actively participated in on-site visits and carried out medical device replacement and integration procedures. Performed system monitoring, remote access, troubleshooting, and technical support activities using Grafana, WinSCP, PuTTY, AnyDesk, and VPN tools. Connected remotely to medical devices in hospitals to provide technical support. Managed and analyzed support tickets through Zendesk and contributed to troubleshooting and resolution processes. Conducted domestic and international support calls to resolve user issues. Examined system data using DBeaver and PostgreSQL and gained experience in establishing database connections for medical software systems.
