I am an Operational Excellence & Quality Management Specialist and an HRM University Lecturer, with over 4 years of professional experience (since 2022). My career is focused on a unique combination: optimizing business processes and effectively developing human capital. On the operations side, I specialize in end-to-end process mapping, analyzing workflows, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and establishing Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), alongside designing RACI matrices to eliminate role conflicts and improve efficiency. I also leverage these structural skills to support companies during ERP implementations. On the HR side, I bring practical experience as an HR Assistant and Internal Communications professional, giving me hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and training implementation. My academic and training background is deeply rooted here; my Master’s research focuses on Talent Management, a subject I currently teach at the university level. In addition to lecturing, I am an active professional trainer, designing and delivering practical workshops to help students and professionals bridge the gap between academic theories and real-world market needs. My ultimate goal is to help organizations build clear, high-quality processes while nurturing and training the talent needed to run them successfully.
