I am a graduate from Trios College where I have undertaken a Diploma Course in Medical Office Assistant and have obtained a Diploma with Distinction. I have also worked with the Management side of the Ontario Sheet Metal Industries as a Receptionist at first then was promoted to work with the Management and Apprentice Union Management and attended to queries by the Apprentice regarding various Labour Law issues. I have also handled a family owned Grocery Store Business in Dodoma, Tanzania. Duties included ordering of goods, checking inventories, customer service, book keeping and day to day running of the store.
