I lead enterprise transformation programs that combine PMO governance, ERP modernization, ERP delivery and executive stakeholder management. Over the past 12+ years, I have contributed to the successful delivery of more than 60 ERP and digital transformation projects across manufacturing, public sector and enterprise organizations. I served as President of PMI Türkiye for the 2025 term, leading one of the region’s active project management communities with 3,000+ members and 100+ volunteers.
