I lead enterprise transformation programs that combine PMO governance, ERP modernization, ERP delivery and executive stakeholder management. Over the past 12+ years, I have contributed to the successful delivery of more than 60 ERP and digital transformation projects across manufacturing, public sector and enterprise organizations. My work goes beyond software implementation. I focus on establishing governance structures, aligning stakeholders, managing scope–time–cost discipline, supporting go-live readiness, and turning transformation initiatives into measurable and sustainable business outcomes. Currently, I serve as PMO & ERP Consultancy Manager at IAS Turkey, leading Canias ERP / caniasERP transformation programs, PMO governance practices, project delivery standards and large-scale ERP implementation portfolios while staying actively involved in field execution. Since 2018, I have actively contributed to PMI Turkey / PMI Türkiye Chapter through various volunteer and leadership responsibilities. I served as President of PMI Türkiye for the 2025 term, leading one of the region’s active project management communities with 3,000+ members and 100+ volunteers. Today, I continue to support the community through mentoring, knowledge sharing and the development of the project management profession.
