With over 25 years of IT and corporate experience, I have transitioned from a technical foundation to roles emphasizing agility, leadership, and personal development. My journey began with hands-on expertise in multinational companies, where I led IT teams and managed complex vendor relationships, delivering solutions to meet critical business needs. In 2019, I embraced a new path as an Agile Coach, bringing a transformative approach to teams and individuals. During my tenure at Vodafone, I was key in embedding Agile principles across diverse squads, leading the Scrum Master Grow Program, and establishing impactful Agile training with high participant satisfaction. With over 2500 hours of coaching experience, I cultivated an Agile mindset within teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Since April 2024, I have continued my journey as a co-founder, trainer, and team coach at 2 Beyaz Yaka. I provide corporate training and coaching to organizations aiming to enhance team performance, leadership capabilities, and Agile methodologies. Additionally, I integrate AI prompt engineering into my training methodologies, enabling teams to leverage generative AI as a catalyst for productivity and innovation.
