As a Strategic Growth & Project Manager at Yongatek Microelectronics, I help transform deep tech capabilities into scalable, market-ready solutions. I bridge engineering, business strategy, and execution across AI-driven applications, microelectronics, FPGA/SoC/SoM technologies, and advanced communication solutions. I contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at positioning Türkiye as a global microelectronics player through indigenous chip technologies, national microelectronics capabilities, and internationally competitive deep tech solutions. I have been actively involved in investment, grant, support, and partnership applications, including feasibility reports, business plans, and strategic project documentation for deep tech initiatives. My work spans EU-funded, Türkiye Ministry of Industry and Technology-funded, and TÜBİTAK-funded R&D and acceleration programs. My focus is to turn complex technologies into real-world systems that are technically strong, strategically scalable, and commercially meaningful. I am particularly interested in deep tech investments, strategic partnerships, microelectronics ASIC/FPGA/SoC technologies, AI-driven applications, and communication systems.
