1.Team Leadership: I lead and manage a team of 30 Student Marketeers (SMs), recruiting, training, and guiding them to effectively promote the brand on campus. 2.Strategy Development: I create tailored campus plans based on the unique dynamics of each university, aligning them with our national student marketing strategy. 3.Performance Management: I oversee daily operations, tracking KPIs such as project goals and product knowledge to ensure we meet our objectives. 4.Collaboration & Goal Setting: Working closely with the Consumer Collecting Manager (CCM) and Field Marketing Manager (FMM), I develop strategies to attract new and infrequent users, expanding our consumer base. 5.Event & Experience Management: I organize campus events to boost product visibility and create direct engagement with students, enhancing their Red Bull experience. 6.Sports Marketing: I support local sports events and partnerships, strengthening Red Bull’s presence in the sports community by building relationships with athletes and event participants. 7.Budget Management: I manage regional consumer collecting and third-party sports budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions for our marketing activities. 8.Core Skills: My expertise in sales, digital marketing, teamwork, and sports marketing helps drive Red Bull’s strong presence among university students and in the sports world.
