As an HR Administrator at JFS Logistics FZCO, I handle HR assistance and administrative responsibilities, with a focus on employee management assistance, visa processing, and document tracking through the DAFZA portal, JAFZA portal and Dubai commercity portal. I ensure smooth coordination between HR, operations, and regulatory authorities, supporting both compliance and team communication. Key Responsibilities: • Manage visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and employee document submissions via the DAFZA portal and JAFZA portal. • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and employment certificates in alignment with UAE labor and free zone policies. • Track expiry dates of visas, Mulkiya expiry, Insurance Expiry,Emirates IDs, Customs card, JFS LOGISTICS network certificates and other critical employee documents and company documents. • Submit payroll through the DAFZA portal and maintain accurate salary data. • Request and manage DAFZA letters and certificates as needed for employees and company operations. • Maintain and top up the DAFZA wallet, Enoc wallet and Salik wallet for all online transactions. • Use PagarBook for employee attendance and salary management. • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee support. • Maintain HR documentation and employee records using Excel and organized digital files. • Create visual charts and reports to analyze logistics operations, such as identifying which airlines handle the highest order volumes. • Support communication and scheduling via Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
