I am a Cybersecurity graduate with hands on experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, technical operations, and data center environments through my experience at Galaxy Backbone Limited and my current internship at Rack Centre. My experience includes troubleshooting hardware and network issues, supporting Cisco-based environments, monitoring system performance, documenting technical operations, and collaborating with engineering teams to maintain reliable, secure, and highly available IT services. Through my work in enterprise and data center environments, I have gained practical exposure to critical infrastructure and operational best practices. I hold the Schneider Electric Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA) certification, demonstrating foundational knowledge of data center power, cooling, availability, redundancy, and infrastructure. I am also expanding my expertise in Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence while working toward the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Cisco CCNA certifications.
