Dr. Fatema Habbash is an active leader in medical education, an advocate public figure on healthy lifestyle matters and community health issues, and a recognized researcher with publications and presence in international forums and leading medical publication journals. Dr. Habbash is an academic committee member of the Clinical Master in Family Medicine program at Arabian Gulf University, where she leads the E-learning, Mentorship, and Monitoring activities. She has broad experience in mentoring medical students and views students as partners in the education process with an aim to empower them as lifelong learners. Dr. Fatema brings over 15 years of clinical experience across governmental and private health sectors with a focus on lifestyle-related health outcomes (obesity, NCDs, mental health, positive psychology and sleep-related conditions). She continuously collaborates with local and international healthcare organizations (Ministry of Health, WHO, WONCA) on community and health professionals’ awareness campaigns in areas of lifestyle medicine and nutrition.
