Responsibility for the partner and employer engagement of our Early Years Programme delivery. Establish, grow and maintain new partnerships with Early Years employers in London through a programme of activity that will provide varied and meaningful experiences of work in the sector.
With offices in Central London, Sidcup, Romford, Canterbury and Sandwich; MiddletonMurray is an award winning training and recruitment provider for London and the South East, with a focus on getting NEETs into jobs; 96.9% of MiddletonMurray-managed apprentices secure full-time employment upon graduation. MiddletonMurray educates young people on their options and provides a vocational alternative to traditional education via its Apprenticeship scheme, leading to real jobs and careers. My role within MiddletonMurray is managing the learner recruitment team through the process of Apprentices (16-18 year olds) at MiddletonMurray. Key responsibilities: • Establish relationships with external careers advice companies e.g. Connections, Job Centre Plus as well as schools to recruit new learners and maximize relationships for future development of both provisions. • Arrange and conduct recruitment open days which will involve giving presentations, overseeing initial assessments and conducting one to one interviews. • Attend career job fairs and networking events to publicize and promote the services/training offered by MiddletonMurray. • Offering impartial advice and guidance to all learners. • Ensuring all aspects of compliance and administration is completed to company standards. • Delivering talks/Speeches to schools (150 - 200 people) about the apprenticeship programme • Administration duties include – data entry, creating spread sheets, filing, keeping all documents organised and managing confidential information • Developing new ways of sourcing candidates and marketing courses to increase awareness of current programmes. Liaising with external organizations and providers to help meet the business needs.
Sourcing and securing suitable/sustainable placements to meet the clients academic needs, language requirements, and individual requests • Develop new contacts/leads via telephone and other means on a daily basis • Regularly monitor each client on work placements to ensure client/company satisfaction • Managing placement staff placed at Twin • Developing and maintaining new relationships with organisations, advising them on suitable candidates and ways they could contribute to their business • Conduct professional induction's with all new clients
Developing and executing the marketing strategy for client recruitment and programme awareness • Developing new ways of sourcing candidates and marketing courses to increase awareness of current programmes and enquiries • Liaising with external business and organisations • Recruiting potential students based on skills and eligibility, suitable for courses • Attending suitable external events to promote Twin provision as well as increase client database and establish new links • Marketing open days to fill courses to capacity • Sending out marketing material • Liaising with external voluntary/government funded organisations to increase awareness of programmes and establish new links
Promotion and sales of marathon wear along with customer support and service. • Providing a high level of customer service • Up to date knowledge of the clothes line so that expert advice could be given • Cash handling
