As the Chief Executive Officer of Textile Links since 2007, I bring over 19 years of leadership in global sourcing, production, and product development for the textile industry. I have collaborated with international hospitality clients such as Sobel Westex, Standard Textiles, driving excellence in home textiles, including recycled cotton and polyester products. My expertise includes strategic problem-solving, cross-functional team leadership, and product service, enabling our organization to meet client expectations across international markets, including the U.S. and Europe. At Textile Links, I prioritize innovation and sustainability, pioneering efforts in Digital Product Passport (DPP) to align with EU regulations. My mission is to deliver high-quality, efficient, and sustainable solutions to our partners while contributing to the growth of the global textile industry. Looking after International Markets, our factories are producing Hospitality sector clients like Sobel Westex and Standard Textiles in US market and Lindstrom Group in European market. We have office in Finland to look after European clients.
INTERNATIONAL BRANDS: Started Textile business in 1988, worked with World's leading brand Like ZARA, GUESS, PVH, SOUTHPOLE, LEVI'S. Home Textile: Sobel Westex, Standard Textiles, developed and sourced for many other European and American home textile brands. My best expertise is Global sourcing and production, product development
2000-2004: Naveena Exports Ltd. ( Denim Fabric Mills ) (General Manager ) Started Stitching unit initially and from 100 machines increased up to 1000 stitching machines with all kinds of automation, and converted floors to hanging the moving system. Worked as General Manager and established state of the art rope dyeing denim plant with an annual production of 24 million meter denim fabric, and also increased stitching capacity up to 5 million pairs of denim jeans, also Installed the latest Italian washing plant.
1989 - 2000: Alif Textiles Ltd. ( Listed Textile Mill. Karachi Stock Exchange ) Knitted Fitted Bed Sheets and Knitted garments vertical unit. Worked as Director production in Alif Textiles Ltd, Composit / vertical textile mills for knitted fitted bed sheets / knitted garments and woven garments, listed at Karachi stock exchange. Textiles processing mill located in Karachi. Pakistan. 1) Started work when the export volume was US$ 15.00 Million per annum. 2) Introduced SMV ( Standard Minute Value ) self-developed software and changed old processing machines with new and within 5 years achieved US$ 55.00 Million per annum target. 3) Increased production capacity
