Our factories are the leading exporters to Global brand like Sobel Westex and Standard Textiles in US markets.We are the pioneer in Pakistan on working DPP Digital Product Passport to meet EU regulations.As the CEO of Textile Links, I lead a global team of professionals who provide sourcing, production, and product development solutions for some of the world's leading fashion brands, such as ZARA, GUESS, PVH, and LEVI'S, I have a deep understanding of the technical, operational, and business aspects of the textile sector.My core competencies include strategic planning, branding, partnership, and expansion strategy, as well as innovation, quality, and efficiency in the domestic and international wholesale/retail fashion industry. I have successfully established state-of-the-art denim and home textile plants, increased production capacity and export volume, and introduced cutting-edge software and automation systems. 2000-2004: Naveena Exports Ltd. ( Denim Fabric Mills ) (General Manager ) Started Stitching unit initially and from 100 machines increased up to 1000 stitching machines with all kinds of automation, and converted floors to hanging the moving system. Worked as General Manager and established state of the art rope dyeing denim plant with an annual production of 24 million meter denim fabric, and also increased stitching capacity up to 5 million pairs of denim jeans, also Installed the latest Italian washing plant.
1989 - 2000: Alif Textiles Ltd. ( Listed Textile Mill. Karachi Stock Exchange ) Knitted Fitted Bed Sheets and Knitted garments vertical unit. Worked as Director production in Alif Textiles Ltd, Composit / vertical textile mills for knitted fitted bed sheets / knitted garments and woven garments, listed at Karachi stock exchange. Textiles processing mill located in Karachi. Pakistan. 1) Started work when the export volume was US$ 15.00 Million per annum. 2) Introduced SMV ( Standard Minute Value ) self-developed software and changed old processing machines with new and within 5 years achieved US$ 55.00 Million per annum target. 3) Increased production capacity
