I’ve been building sustainable open-source projects and businesses for the last two decades. Currently serve as the co-founder & CEO of FerretDB and mentoring entrepreneurs and founders in the same space.
As a consultant, I participated in various IT and management-related consulting projects for startups, ranging from financial institutions to software development companies. I consulted small businesses in the US and Europe in remote people management, services management, policy writing, compliance and more.
As part of the Customer Operations Management team, I enabled the Service Organization to deliver value to our Enterprise customers supporting their Machine Learning, Analytics and Cloud solutions based on Cloudera's open source platform distribution. I led an on-site, and a remote team of Support Engineers based all over Europe.
Altinity is a startup founded by Peter Zaitsev (CEO of Percona), Mindaugas Zukas (CEO of Ivinco) and myself, intended to provide Support and Consulting services for Open Source technologies.
