About

Fortunately, after successfully handed over several projects, I learnt that, the key to have an outstanding project, have a professional team who they monitor and control project progress from initiating to closing. The project would serve to stakeholders in a highly efficient way, if each individual of project team knows about; A. Value Engineering (VE) B. Project Management A. VE analysis is a systematic process of reviewing and assessing a project by a multidisciplinary team not directly involved in the planning and development phases of a specific project. The VE process incorporates the values of design; construction; maintenance; contractor; other stake holders; and the public. The above explanation can be simplified on;  Systematic problem solving process  Multi-discipline team approach  Life-cycle cost oriented  Value oriented (Measurement of scope performance/project cost)  Function-based analysis  Free of normal design restriction  A proven management technique VE is not;  • Design review  • Cost Cutting Process VE process saving can be anticipated according to opportunity curve. B. Project Management; a project manager according to experts, is a team leader of project team who should be able to monitor and control cost, time and quality (The Iron Triangle). Over the last 50 years have become inextricable linked with measuring the success of project management. As matter of fact, the new management system based on PMBOK approach is the Project Integration Management. Positively, by using combination of above mentioned theories and lessons learned from completed projects, I could complete a $300 M within 18 weeks for BioAmber Succinic Acid, Propose a communication plan to have a very efficient output from a remote office for Froth Treatment plant and recover a 6 weeks delay for Sunshine oil sands project.
