With over several years experience in the Banking industry, I have worked at all levels in both Retail and Corporate business and operations. My skills cover the full spectrum of Leadership including Customer service and complaints resolution, staff management, project management and leadership, recruitment, training, and managing budgets. I am currently an Executive with an excellent track record for delivering outcomes for my organisation through strong organisational skills whilst building strong relationships at all levels
To supervise morethen 15 branches, to open new branches, hiring of staff and to convert into profitable unit according to prescribed and projected time frame, responsible for business development ( retail, SME and Corporate clients) as well as to achieve assigned all business, targets as well as KPIs , supervising trade operations and trade business of Retail, SME and Corporate customers, audit, compliance, regulatory controls, posting transfers and making annual appraisals of staff, visiting branches twice a month and having meeting with concerted staff.
