• Deal with Vendors regarding Orders Placement & Negotiation of Rates / payments issues. • Had responsibility to make Proforma Invoice & Commercial Invoice as per agreement with Client. • Deal with Clients & Vendors through E-mails, Phone Calls & WhatsApp. • Make Comparative Statement after taking rates from different Vendors. • Make Purchase Order after Checking Rates • Had Responsibility to arrange containers from (Punjab to Karachi). • Had responsibility to check hardware & software problems.
• Deal with Vendors regarding running Orders Placement & Rates/payments issues. • Had responsibility to make Proforma Invoice & Commercial Invoice as per agreement with Client. • Deal with Clients & Vendors through E-mails& Phone Calls. • Co-ordinate with bank regarding (daily received Remittance in $ USD). • Make Cheques & Maintain record in Excel Ledgers and Manual Register. • Make Cash Ledgers as per Bank Statement (every month). • Make daily expense record and maintain Petty Cash (maintain all purchases regarding production). • Make Salary/Wages/Over Time Sheet according to Attendance & Distribute to Labor & Staff. • Had Responsibility to arrange containers from (Punjab to Karachi). • Had responsibility to check hardware & software problems.
