Providing a full time Construction Program Management service to support the Utility Distribution (Tunnels) operations and maintenance program at the Capitol Power Plant. Providing project management/construction management services for construction and design projects to the Utilities Distribution Systems of the Plant. Ensuring the effective implementation of the O&M Service Contract (performance work statement) by closely monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing contractor performance for adherence to contract requirements. Developing scope of work, independent government estimates and schedules for the construction projects. Managing the potential change orders and processing the contract modification requisitions in the AOC eDocs and WebTMA systems. Providing financial management services to the UDS O&M service contract with reviewing the monthly payment applications and budget reconciliation. Supporting the UDS/Tunnels with the construction and quality assurance inspection of the steam, condensate, and chilled water lines in the tunnels.

Member of the construction management team as owner's representative for the Government Service Administration (GSA) project within the Department of State.
Working within Architect of the Capitol (AOC) tenants fit-out and renovations projects at Thurgood Marshall Judiciary Federal Building in Washington D.C.
