• Manage technical services daily work load :- - Review and adapt to all regulatory Airworthiness Directives , circulars and advisories to ensure Continued Airworthiness of supported fleet - Review OEM service bulletins; letters and advisories and cover them as required for enhancing Fleet reliability and reducing maintenance cost - Provide technical advice to line maintenance engineers regarding defect rectification - Liaise with manufacturers on the implementation of aircraft modifications - Communicate with Aircraft manufacturers and other related manufacturers on the resolution of technical issues - Provide support to technical purchasing department regarding the purchase of aeronautical products • Ensure customer requests are reviewed and responded to as required. • Provide customers with regular updates on their fleet reliability and suggest upgrade projects • Assist warranty and contracts department in RFP on Aircraft projects /upgrade • Assist Projects & Business Development department on Aircraft delivery/re-delivery projects • Chair monthly reliability meeting with customers • Ensure effective training plan for all personnel within technical services to have the required skills and competences • Recruitment of manpower with proper skills and competences • Ensure the availability of all up to date technical manuals and subscriptions
