Most organizations are not struggling with AI because of technology. They are struggling because AI is being introduced into unstructured workflows. That is the space I work in. I help engineering and consulting organizations translate AI from experimentation into operational capability — embedding it into workflows such as communication, reporting, proposal development, decision support, and knowledge handling. My focus is not AI tools. It is AI-enabled systems design inside real organizations. I bring over two decades of experience across engineering ecosystems, technical communication, industry engagement, and organizational operations — including work within HVACR, infrastructure, consulting environments, and professional institutions. What this gives me is not just technical understanding, but operational context — how work actually moves inside organizations, where inefficiencies form, and where AI can create real leverage without disrupting human judgment. I currently lead initiatives across AI systems thinking, advisory work, and applied digital transformation through EGRIP Technologies, SAFER, and Business Relay Group. My work focuses on one core question: How do we design organizations that can actually use AI — not just talk about it?
