I’ve operated in 'founder-mode' inside both startup and large, regulated enterprises,. I lead with accountability and focus on first identifying opportunities that truly matter, then designing growth systems around them to execute with discipline and deliver repeatable results. I come in when ambition is high and complexity is real - when growth opportunity exists, but systems, teams or operating models haven’t caught up. Over the last 15+ years, my work has taken me across Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin and North America, helping a global CPG powerhouse use technology as an operating lever to drive real business outcomes. The most formative chapter was building and scaling eCommerce capabilities across 25+ countries, at a time when it was dismissed as a 'marketing toy' instead of growth engine. Most recently, I led growth capabilities for a $3B+ business and restored momentum to an acquired brand that lost its way inside Reckitt - resetting strategy, operating rhythm, and accountability without breaking the organization. Pro-bono engagement with TCF (a social enterprise operating 650+ schools, employing 6,000+ employees and educating 80,000+ less privileged students) Re-organized IT strategy around four core systems - ERP, CRM, HRMS and School Management System. These systems helped align various academic and non-academic activities with key performance indicators.
Volunteer participation to scale mentoring program for students aged 14-16 years. TCF experiences drop off at this age due to household income and other social pressure. “Rahbar” program was meant to match make students with middle class professionals over a 6-8 week mentoring program to help them plan for future amidst various social adversities.
