Over 20 years’ experience within the Hospitality, Food and Beverage, and Franchising Industry – having graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management. For the past 15 years, I have worked in F&B franchising services across the MENA region, as well as hotel and catering operations, event organization and customer service. For the past 3 years I joined regional real estate and retail developers to spearhead the groups’ development and growth in the F&B landscape across the group’s malls’ and hotels in the region. Previously established and lead several local and global F&B brand's growth and successful regional expansion in an extremely competitive environment and having done so, earned the reputation as an innovative leader, effective communicator, and exceptional relationship manager. My aspiration is to continue on my growth & development leadership journey and add value to the F & B industry. Develop and manage world class F&B strategy in line with the group’s growth strategy. Introduce new F&B partners to the Emaar malls portfolio and nurture and strengthen long terms relationships. Develop creative and large-scale F&B project ideas across various assets within the group portfolio. Analyze and research trends and market developments, prepare annual company’s budgets and expense forecast. Evaluate the overall F&B performance across the group’s asset and provide suitable recommendations.
