I have 18 years of experience in luxury and retail industries, both on operational and strategic missions, in an international environment (Asia, Europe, USA). Curious and passionate about brands, I developed a high comprehensive PRODUCT SENSIBILITY and BRAND KNOWLEDGE, including cosmetics, leather goods, shoes, watches & fine jewellery, costume jewellery, ready-to-wear, eyewear and wines & spirits. Having a strong LEADERSHIP experience, I build effective teams and manage them on a daily basis. Being action oriented and enthusiastic, I help brands to share their values and heritage and I support them in finding solutions to improve the customer experience off and online. - RETAIL ADDICT, I started working on shopping experience and retail excellence without naming it in 2007 at Le Bon Marché, and I never stopped. I have since contributed to enhancing the client experience in stores, airports, department stores, and online, with a special appetite for Asian e-com platforms. - Definitely CUSTOMER CENTRIC, I improve daily my knowledge on selective retailing challenges, looking for innovative support and animations with a result-driven approach and a focus on Asian markets. - Firmly focused on INNOVATION, I am excited about change, and I manage it thanks to solid problem-solving skills and a strong team-player spirit.
