Etudiante en master spécialisé dans les achats, j'aime découvrir des secteurs, des entreprises et des domaines diverses. J’aime comprendre le fonctionnement des chaînes d'approvisionnements et comment optimiser les processus mais également contribuer à la stratégie achats. Cela découle de ma forte appetence avec la supply chain que j'ai pu développer lors de mon alternance d'une année au sein de la SNCF en amélioration continue de la logistique. Mon poste actuel au sein du Groupe SOMFY en acheteuse IT et contract management me permets de comprendre les enjeux des achats IT et leur optimisation. Cela m'apporte également une vision plus générale des contrats. J’ai eu la chance de vivre plusieurs expériences enrichissantes tout au long de mes études comme un semestre à Londres ou encore membre du BDE de mon école en première année d’études supérieures. 🙋🏼♀️Je suis une personne curieuse et toujours prête à relever de nouveaux défis, dans le cadre de mes études ou dans ma vie personnelle.
Procurement of IT and engineering services (€15–20 million in annual expenditure, 45 listed partners). Digitisation of the sourcing of services on a time and materials basis via the PITER Vendor Management System solution: integration, deployment and change management support for the IT, Digital and R&D departments. Listing of services companies and engineering firms with standardisation of the profile grid (CIGREF HR nomenclature) and negotiation of maximum daily rates thanks to the tool's dynamic listing. Three-year extension of the framework contract by amendment for listed suppliers. Support for managers in the management of calls for unit services and price exemptions. IT/Digital Purchasing – Software Management of a strategic call for tenders for the selection of a new commercial quotation tool (annual budget €300k, build 2 500k), replacing a legacy solution: drafting of the consultation file, analysis of bids, commercial and contractual negotiations. Supporting the IT department during the upgrade of the Travel & Expense tool (Notilus – Cegid, scope: France) and contract renegotiation: integration of a 1-year termination clause as part of a Group digitalisation project and removal of tacit renewal. Contract Management: assessment of the eligibility of IT/Digital contracts according to their level of sensitivity (Strategic, Critical, Tactical) using a matrix based on three criteria: annual financial commitment, business impact and risk of non-compliance. Contribution to bringing a strategic 3PL contract with DHL (minimum £1.2 million/year over 3 years) under control: volume control, tariff compliance and implementation of contractual governance.
Reorganisation of logistics areas with a 40% improvement in flows by implementing 5S projects and data analysis. Improvement of two major logistics areas: an 800m² ground storage area with the implementation of rotating systems. A pre-production reconditioning logistics area with flow analysis, on-site analysis of staff work and implementation of a solution using the 5S method. Active contribution to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation with operational management of the logistics team (organisation, prioritisation). Direct purchasing management (office equipment, field tools) and daily use of ERP and performance management tools.
Organisation of an internal event within the sponsorship programme for Caisse d'Epargne Rhône Alpes (more than 3,000 employees). Internal communication, sourcing associations and identifying needs in order to create events that meet those needs.
