Since August 2020, I have been working as an assistant professor at the Department of Risk Management & Insurance, UIBE.
I teach tutorial classes of Real Estate Investment Analysis for 3rd year undergraduate students and Real Estate Marketing & Negotiations for the 2nd year undergraduate students in the department of real estate, NUS. The service covers in class presentations of problem-solving, dicussion and group work, in hand exercise and training of financial calculators, lecture summaries and consultancy.
Study as a Phd candidate in the Department of Real Estate, National University of Singapore. Research interest includes real estate investment, REITs, housing amrket, CEO characteristics and firm governance.
● Assisted Senior Economist (Singapore) performing research on China economic outlook, property sector, industry migration and income growth; ● Showed flexibility in analytic skills by assisting in other ad-hoc research including India Economy, population and urbanization data; ● Contributed ideas and opinions to global team discussions and on several occasions have gone beyond usual job expectations to ensure the successful completion of company projects.
● Reported to retail department, focused on individual loans business and corporate training preparations, showed characteristics of detail-oriented and task-oriented; ● Be responsible for documents collection, and calculated / check activities budgets.
