A highly experienced Flow Cytometry core deputy manager with the proven ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external partners for immunoassay development. Demonstrable performance in design and execution of complex multi-colour flow cytometry assays and data analysis. Extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of affinity assays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a quickly evolving environment.
The commercial-orientated irreversible affinity reagents based on neuronal snare protein assembly were developed. The affinity reagents were potentially used to manipulate and deliver functional ‘BOTOX’ into neuronal cells in a safe way.
Aptamer peptides designed for diagnostic protein were selected and characterised. Immunoassay-based methods were developed for the sensitive detection of the aptamer-protein interaction.
