Conducted detailed explanatory analysis of Phase III clinical trial data for head and neck cancer; worked on a Bayesian Joint Modeling of Longitudinal and Survival Data with Treatment Switches. Proposed model assessment criteria to determine the importance and contribution of longitudinal, disease progression and survival data in joint models; developed FORTRAN code needed for the Bayesian Computation; one manuscript submitted; two manuscripts in preparation. Prepared and presented the tutorial on Joint Modeling of Longitudinal and Survival Data at Boehringer Ingelheim, CT, September 30, 2015.
Prepared Introduction to Statistics II course materials, gave lectures and held exams for 40 students per semester.

Provided statistical consulting services to the clients from Department of Human Development and Family studies, Plant Science and Landscape Architecture, and Humanities and Social Sciences, etc. Implemented various statistical analyses such as categorical data analysis, mixed model, generalized linear modeling, sample size calculation, etc using different software such as SAS, R, GPower, and SPSS. Held workshops on power calculations; assisted the Director of SCS for updating the annual report for the Consulting Services.
Conducted research and analysis of missing data imputation methods in CDx (companion diagnostic bridging studies. Developed SAS code. Drafted a statistical analysis plan. Conducted QC(Quality Control) of SAS code on tables and listing. Prepared and presented a poster section and a oral presentation.
