I never planned to end up in Sales Leadership nor OT cybersecurity and industrial networking. I just knew I wanted to build things that matter. My journey started in a lovely family-owned company as an electrician in a small German town, hands deep in circuits and machinery. Fast forward to today, and I’m leading strategic sales for a significant world region, helping industrial businesses secure their operations, protect their networks, and stay ahead of the curve. The path from hands-on engineering to high-stakes industrial automation & cybersecurity wasn’t a straight line, but it was built on the same foundation: curiosity, willingness to change, discipline, execution, and a constant drive to connect the dots between technology and business success. I thrive where strategy meets the shop floor. I know OT cybersecurity. I’ve lived through industrial control systems and PLCs to OT networks and IT/OT convergence. I know what it takes for businesses to move the needle. My goal is always to bridge the technical and the commercial to create solutions that actually work in the real world. I wear a few other hats—advisor, strategist, problem-solver. I sit on an advisory board for a cybersecurity startup, helping them sharpen their go-to-market strategies and connect with the right players. I’m also constantly expanding my network across ASEAN, India, Japan, Europe, and Australia because, in this industry, the right relationships can make all the difference. I push limits in different ways outside of work; Cycling and weight training taught me that success is about showing up, doing the work, and delivering results that matter. Muay Thai might be the next challenge. If you’re tackling OT security challenges, looking for a fresh perspective on IT/OT convergence, or exploring ways to build more resilient industrial operations, let’s connect.
